How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you sign up for any PACU plan, you get full access to all features in that tier for 7 days at no cost. A payment method is required, but no charges are made until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be billed.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. All PACU subscriptions are cancel-anytime with no long-term contracts. If you cancel, you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days but remain active for the full year.

What is the PACU Premium deposit?

The Premium (Certification) tier requires a one-time deposit of $119–$189, depending on your commitment length. This deposit secures your access to board prep materials and is applied toward your pass guarantee. If you pass your board exam, the deposit is fully earned. If you don’t pass after completing the program requirements, you receive a full refund under our pass guarantee policy.

Do you offer institutional or group pricing?

Yes. We offer volume discounts for hospitals, health systems, pharmacy schools, and residency programs. Group plans include centralized billing, admin dashboards, and usage reporting. Contact us to discuss custom institutional pricing.

How many CE credits can I earn?

PACULit subscribers earn 3–5 CE hours per month through literature reviews. PACU Core and Premium subscribers can earn up to 10 CE hours monthly through courses and literature combined. All CE activities are ACPE-accredited and accepted in all 50 states for license renewal.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no refund for the current period. Annual plans offer a full refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans remain active through the end of the billing year but are non-refundable. PACU Premium deposits are refundable under the pass guarantee terms. Individual product purchases (Q-Banks, courses) are non-refundable once accessed.
