Each state Q-Bank is built specifically around that state’s pharmacy practice act, board of pharmacy rules, controlled substance regulations, and unique statutory requirements. While federal law questions are consistent across states, the state-specific portion — which makes up a significant part of the exam — is entirely different. Our content team researches and updates each state’s question bank independently to reflect the latest legislative and regulatory changes.

Our questions are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect the most recent changes in both federal and state pharmacy law. When a state passes new legislation or its board of pharmacy updates regulations, we update the corresponding Q-Bank within 30–60 days. Federal law questions are updated promptly when new DEA or FDA rules take effect.

Yes. If you need to change your state selection after purchase, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will switch your access to a different state Q-Bank at no additional charge. This applies as long as your access period has not expired.

Our pass guarantee applies to our board certification prep programs (BCPS, BCCCP, BCEMP). For MPJE prep, we do not currently offer a formal pass guarantee. However, our state-specific materials are built to give you the best preparation possible. If you do not pass, contact us and we will work with you on extended access options.
