- Secure airway and assist ventilation
- ICU monitoring
- Modulate underlying MG treatment
- Optimize cholinesterase inhibitors
- Administer IVIG or plasmapheresis
- Add or increase immunosuppression
- Identify and treat trigger, such as infection
- Avoid medications that may exacerbate MG
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
