  • Use monotherapy for gonorrhea (If chlamydia is ruled out)
  • Increase Ceftriaxone Doses (500mg-1000mg)
  • Is that PCN allergy really an “allergy”?
  • Be kind to your patient (Mix ceftriaxone with lidocaine or give  IV)
  • Ensure EPT is available
